Assessment

Based on our firm's areas of expertise, we can provide an organizational assessment of your target areas to identify current strengths and areas of need, as well as areas of opportunity and caution. For one client it may be an IT Needs Assessment in order to properly plan for future expenses. Another may need an indepth study done on fundraising efforts that are struggling or stagnant.
